"We were a family of six adults staying at The Chapel for a birthday celebration and we really appreciated the three en-suite shower rooms, the great family kitchen space and the fantastic, character-filled, enormous lounge complete with piano and snooker table. Suzanne is the most fabulous, relaxed host who goes above and beyond to make her guests feel welcome and relaxed.We had a really wonderful time and would love to come back again."

"The owner confirmed question before we arrived and was there to show us the room, letting us know breakfast time and aquantus us with the keys. The room was clean and warm with a separate toilet and shower that worked well. The breakfast was great with a choice of cereal, lots of high quality full english breakfast items and toast with jams. Lots of drink options too with fresh orange juice. Jim the owner has made a special place to stay, even allowing guests to use the dining area outside of breakfast time with a microwave available to use. There are information leaflets for the area too, with the main town just being a short walk away. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Thanks Jim"

"This hotel is a characterful gem. Relaxed vibe. The guy running the hotel is very friendly and if you have any issue or request you can whatsapp him rather than going to reception, which I found super convenient. I wish more hotels did that! Tip: Buy bottled water for drinking as hot water mixes in with the cold tap. "
