"No elevator, no dining option other than room service with limited menu. Room was clean but dated. Only 5 channels on the tv and none of them any good. Some broken furniture in room. Breakfast buffet was good. People were nice."

"La Cote is always excellent. Everything exceeded expectations. Condition of flats and maintenance very good. Daily service and always clean towels and cloths and toiletries.
The beauticians at the spa know their job and visiting was a joy. All staff very kind and helpful. Porters much appreciated."
