The staff offered us a late check out and a small amount of spa credits but we really wanted to room we paid for originally. "Pool with ideal water temperature of 31’C, 3 pools to be exact. One for kids, one spa!? And Olympic size. It’s just great temperature you get in with pleasant feeling but still let you cool off in hot weather just perfect. My apartment was very spacious with upstairs mezzanine bedroom. Outdoor space is just enormous! On the downside only 2 charging points(2 cars) it’s need more."
