Fiquei duas diárias no carnaval. Não recomendo a ninguém. Desde a recepção, os funcionários parecem que estão fazendo favor, o quarto estava sujo, banheiro sujo, tudo antigo, água amarela e cheiro estranho, tinha uma barata na cortina da varanda, móveis e banheiro encardidos, frigobar não funciona, só havia um espelho minúsculo no banheiro. Café da manhã antes de 09:00h não havia mais café, cuscuz, ovo, nem carne, nem macaxeira, tive que esperar bastante a reposição e nem repôs tudo. Só disponibilizam duas toalhas e um lençol, fui pedir pra trocar toalhas que estavam molhadas e mais um lençol e negaram. Instalações externas descuidadas, muita poeira, sujeira e teia de aranha. Som na piscina muito alto durante o dia inteiro e até tarde da noite, dificultando o descanso. Colchão da cama muito velho e sujo. Enfim, muita desorganização nessa pousada. Únicos pontos positivos é que possui garagem e a localização. Não recomendo, muita propaganda e preço.

Primeiro, quando cheguei no hotel não havia ninguém na recepção. Depois de 20 minutos apareceu alguém para me atender, e isso era em torno de 17:45 horas do dia 25/01/2026. E pelos 10 dias que estive no hotel a situação parecia um caos! Pois, não ficava ninguém na recepção depois de um certo horário na recepção. Aliás, no hotel tem uma máquina que funciona 24 horas por dia, causando muito barulho e incomodando a todos durante a noite que deveria ser um lugar de descanso. Entretanto, o barulho desta máquina incomoda a todos! Causando transtorno em quem quer descansar a noite em silêncio e não encontra um momento de silêncio. Ainda mais, durante o dia o hotel aluga a sua piscina para quem quiser, e pagar! Estas pessoas utilizam um aparelho que fica a disposição por bluetooth para os mesmos escutarem músicas. Músicas impróprias, com palavras impróprias e imorais, que são escolhidas pelos mesmos. Onde o hotel não tem culpa por isso. Entretanto, permite que tal perturbação ocorra! Durante, 3 dias eu fiquei esperando um conserto de uma tomada elétrica que não funcionava. O sistema de wi-fi do hotel também deixa a desejar. Conecta, e mostrar que não tem acesso a internet, não navega, e depois a conexão caia diversas vezes. Entretanto, o café do hotel é muito bom! Alimentos variados, e frutas variadas a disposição dos hóspedes.

Referente ao quarto, assim que cheguei entrei no quarto e entreguei a chave para limpeza e não foi feita conforme combinado. Referente ao Wi-Fi ( a propaganda falava que tinha e não teve), somente a recepção tinha Wi-Fi e não pegava nos quartos, somente isso de negativo, mas gostamos da estadia.
