This large accommodation, completely renovated with care, will welcome you for exceptional shared moments!
Whether for a birthday, a baptism or a family reunion, you will appreciate every moment shared within it through a perfect combination of comfort and indoor entertainment (billiards, table football, board games, cinema, dance evening) or outdoor (table tennis, petanque).
I have taken great care to completely redo each of the rooms in my home as well as the outdoor environment.
The cathedral framework of the living room is the real cornerstone of this charming residence; a place where billiard players, table footballers, cinema lovers or the kings of the ring (lit by the disco ball) will meet. The Bluetooth connected speaker will allow you to play the playlists of your choice!
The 3 sofas will welcome you delicately and will allow everyone to find their place in the double living room, well propped up by the stove if it is cold.
The different spaces can accommodate up to 25 people: *Ground floor:
- Axel's room: this large room has 2 beds of 160 cm with direct access to the outside and a bathroom adapted for people with reduced mobility.
- Namibia: this 2nd bedroom with an African atmosphere has a trundle bed made up of 2 mattresses of 90 cm. There is also a refrigerator and direct access to the outside through a separate door.
- Maldives: this exotic room is a master suite with TV, 1 bed of 160 and 1 direct access to the en-suite bathroom.
*Upstairs:
- Aurel's room: this 4th bedroom has 2 beds of 140 cm.
- Dad's room: this room has a King size bed (180cm wide) electric, a large TV and a 90 cm bed.
- Meline's place: a 140cm sofa bed on the mezzanine can accommodate 2 people.
* The autonomous: this last space is a fully autonomous apartment with a private bathroom, a kitchen, 2 beds of 160 cm, and a sofa bed of 140cm.
It is accessible to more than 19 travellers
There are 3 fridges, 2 ovens, 2 coffee makers (senseo and nespresso), 1 air fryer and many utensils and appliances (thermomix, raclette, fondue). The open kitchen has a set of pots, pans, crockery, and various dishes.
The fibre provides an excellent internet connection, ideal for leisure or teleworking if needed.

The 4 bathrooms for as many toilets will avoid traffic jams and inconveniences as much as possible!

A large illuminated outdoor terrace and a barbecue await you for convivial moments!

Catering service on request! Possibility of service also to ensure you fully enjoy your guests!

Sports lovers will be able to find their happiness by going jogging in the adjoining forest or on the edge of the canal, the weight room will be ideal for those who want to let off steam!

Nb: Sheets and tea towels are provided but not towels.
Possibility of supply in case of forgetfulness (5€/ towel).

The only tenant of the accommodation will be a very cute and cuddly cat. She will obviously be able to sleep outside in case of allergy.
