I stayed here for 3 nights. The property is more style than substance. The rooms are a tad small and quite dusty. The hair dryer in the bathroom us fantastic but not having a door on the loo was at times annoying.
Also the room service menu wasnt great. Breakfast was good, you order off the menu. I ended up going back to perth but stayed in the duxton instead and it was far better.

We particularly liked how easy it was to walk to Elizabeth Quay, which we needed to do for dinner one night and to join a tour one morning. Despite not using it, it was also helpful to know there was a bus stop nearby.
Breakfast staff were welcoming and friendly.
Despite being located on a busy road, our room was quiet.

The Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Cable tv and lovely bathroom. The price for breakfast is expensive at $32 and the lobby area could do with a freshen up. Tables and chairs need changing . It does not look appetising for breakfast. Overall it fitted my needs and I was able to have a good nights sleep in the very comfortable bed😊

"Some of the surrounding area was still under construction so difficult to review in some aspects. Lovely to be in a new room with a large bed that was really comfortable with comfortable bedding.
