I stayed at this condo with my daughter so she could be near friends for her senior spring break. The location is great, as she had some friends at the JW. The walk to the beach was close and easy, and we appreciated the chairs that we available to us in the condo's front closet. The outside area and walk/ride to the condo could use an upgrade, spruce-up. The condo itself was clean and comfortable.

Beach vacation
This property is perfectly located across the street from the beach. With beach access right in front of the complex. It was a very relaxing vacation. They also provide nice beach chairs and umbrella. Lisa was great to work with! Thanks for letting us share your lovely condo! Dave Peters

Great Experience!
We were in town for a convention across the street at JW Marriott. It was an easy walk. Manager coordinated well with us. The space was just what we needed and was peaceful. Would highly recommend to others!

This is a quiet place to stay for a vacation directly within walking distance from the beach. It worked well for my small family and the host was very communicative. The check in process has you leave a key in an outdoor lockbox on the condos outside door and use a separate key on the door to the condo. This made us very uncomfortable as you don’t know who all has the lockbox code. Besides that it was okay. There was some mold in the bathroom shower, and limits on how much toilet paper and towels you could use without being charged additional, which is pretty tacky. Overall, it felt like a pricey motel and in our opinion, overpriced for the quality. Likely will not stay again.

This is a great condo very close to the beach. Perfect for a couple. The host was great with communication and very accommodating when it came to check in and check out times due to flight issues.

Cute condo in a perfect location
We have stayed in this condo and others owned by the host. They have all been great! In my opinion, the location is absolutely perfect! The condo is clean, decorated nicely and has everything that you will need to get started with your stay. The host has great communication and is very accommodating! We had a great stay and look forward to coming back soon!

I am sorry about the pool heat. We had an issue with the Pool Chiller and it has since been fixed. I wish you would have contacted me about the smoking going on in the condo below instead of giving me a poor review. Sofa beds are never very comfortable and are typically used for children. Mine does have a gel mattress.

The blinds is the master bedroom NEED to be replaced. I had to hang beach towels over the window so the light wasn't in my eyes. This can't be an expensive fix. In talking with some other guest at pool they did not hear street noise in their unit. Sliding doors need replacing too. That is probably our biggest complaint - the noise. Everything clean, bed comfortable with nice sheets and pillows were nice. Location good

I am sorry you had trouble closing the blind. I was just there and had no issue tipping them up to close off light. The condo is on Collier Blvd right across the street from the beach and there is a lot of activity during the season. I heard a little vehicle noise but the island shuts down by 9 pm and we did not hear it in the bedroom.

Great property and great owner!
This condo was very nice and worked very well for us. Everything was provided that we needed. The bed was very comfortable. They only small thing I would change is room darkening shades in the bedroom. The outdoor property light shines in and fills the room pretty bright (for me). I used a hand towel at night to cover my eyes - and that worked fine. This taught me that I need to invest in a eye mask for future travels. Everything was very clean. On our first day, we carried everything out to the beach only to find the umbrella was broken. The owner replaced it immediately. Without it, we would have not been able to enjoy the beach as well without being able to have a break from the sun. The access to the beach was right across from the condo property - but it’s still a hike. It was very nice having a cart. The general property was clean, the pool was nice. There’s a lot of traffic noise during core working hours, but it quiets down, and you don’t hear it from the bedroom. The owner is super nice and responsive. I would recommend this property and would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. We had to go back and forth to the JW Marriott and the location was perfect for that, probably closer than some of JW's rooms as just a quick walk across the street. Very beachy feel to the condo and would stay again!!

Perfect Condo - Steps from the Beach
This is our third time staying in this Condo and it did not disappoint! Very clean, tropical decor, comfortable bed and the best thing is it is steps from the beach! Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay!

The property was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. We can't wait to go back and enjoy all the relaxation Marco has to offer. The only issue we found was that the description said there would be a wagon available but there wasn't one in the room.

We had a great time on Marco island! Beach access directly across the street could not be better. Right on Collier St to go N or S to find restaurants or shopping. Bottom of the stairwell is was some what dark. I believe a light bulb was out in the lowest fixture.
