The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please strip the bed and leave the linens in a pile by the bathroom. Remove all trash from the trash cans and clean out refrigerator.
Please shut blinds and turn off all lights. Turn the AC to 75 and make sure the 2 sets of keys are on the hook inside. Use the lock box key to lock the condo door when you leave, the code is 7591.
Come back again sometime and please refer your friends!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

This is a smoke free unit. Please no smoking in the Condo or the on the patio or walkways. If you smoke a $100 fee per day will be charged.
Remove all trash from the unit when you leave. Dumpster is in the back corner of the parking lot. Place all used linens in a pile in the bathroom.
Do not hang towels or swim wear from the patio railings front or back.

Great Condo and Location!

A great condo for our long weekend on Marco. Perfect location and great alternative to the expensive JW or other beachfront properties. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Condo had everything for the beach, coolers, chairs, umbrella, etc… nice little pool too! Easy parking and check in. Super clean! Will definitely look to stay again.

Modern & convenient!

Lovely condo - very comfortable, well-designed, easy 3 minute walk to the beach (access point is across the street), and it has everything you need. Great coffee shop across the street (in the Marriott) too. And the beach is fabulous!

Felt like home, easy to relax. Good location as beach entrance is directly across the street. It was clean and the furniture is in good shape. The owner provided all the needed info in a timely manner. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Stayed here when attending a conference at the JW Marriott and it was the perfect location. Could not have been easier to get to and from the JW. It’s a fraction of the cost and you get a private more spacious accommodation than a hotel room. Would certainly return

Great location and condo was well equipped

Booked here for location - it is so easy to walk to beach from here and unit was well stocked with all essentials. A few minor housekeeping/maintenance issues and really rough around the edges communication from host is the reason for 4 stars, but location can’t be beat.

Very nice condo, we both slept very well. Right across the street from a (rare in Marco) public beach access. Wife said it was very cute. Owners super helpful. Would return!

Weekend visit

Overall you can’t beat the location and value for this place. It is directly across the street from an incredible beach. The unit is clean and although on a main street, it is quiet.Towels and linens were plentiful, and there were beach chairs and a cooler. Only minor point was there were no Kuerig pods or ground coffee for Keurig machine and drip coffee machine. It would be nice to have these on hand for people that arrive late (like us) to be able to make a cup of coffee the next morning. All in all this is a great choice!

This property truly is in the perfect location if you’re not staying on the beach. The walk to the beach was easy. The condo itself had everything you could possibly need and was very comfortable. Beach vacation
