"We had a great stay, although unfortunately we didn’t have time to make use of the spa facilities. The room was really clean and beds were nice. Staff was nice and very helpful. The food was amazing! "

"There were dozens of bugs in my bedroom. When I brought the issue up to staff their response was that they "thought they took care of the problem this morning" and that they would simply vacuum up the bugs instead of properly cleaning the room or offering me a new one. The issue was not resolved and I told them I could not stay at this hotel if they could not find me a clean room. They refused to refund me the value of my stay because it was too late for them to rent out the bug infested room to...
