A peaceful, standalone 50m² cottage set on a 2-hectare property in the heart of the Dordogne. Perfect for couples or small families looking to relax in nature. The gîte has its own private entrance, picnic table, garden chairs, barbecue, and private parking right in front.

Ideal for a couple or small family:
• One large upstairs bedroom with a 140 cm double bed
• Living/dining room with a sofa bed (suitable for 2 children or 1 adult)
• Separate fully equipped kitchen: oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and kettle
• Bathroom with shower (located on the ground floor)

On site:
• Swings and a small football pitch for children
• Natural swimming pond with shaded beach and snack bar, just 5 minutes away by car

In the heart of the Dordogne Valley — full of history, beauty, and discovery:
• 20 minutes from Lascaux and the town of Montignac
• Nearby castles: Castelnaud, Beynac, and Les Milandes (former home of Josephine Baker)
• National Prehistory Museum in Les Eyzies
• Cliffside topiary gardens of Marqueyssac
• La Roque-Gageac — one of the most beautiful villages in France, a medieval village built into the cliffs beneath prehistoric caves

All of this can also be explored by canoe, with plenty of places to stop for a picnic or a swim along the Dordogne River.
