  • The house is of recent construction is located a few steps from the sea in the beautiful village of Chiessi on the west coast of the island in front of Corsica, where you can watch the beautiful sunsets. The house consists of: 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, covered terrace with table for eating. It also has a large terrace with loungers for sunbathing, dining out and relax. Shower outside too and car parking. The two rooms can be double or single. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped. In the village there are bars, restaurants, tobacco .... and 1.5 km bank, Italian post office, pharmacy, shops and all necessary services. The house has satellite TV and hot / cold air conditioning. The area is quiet ideal for any holiday. It is characterised not only by the sea but you can undertake wonderful walks surrounded by nature and in the National of 'Tuscan archipelago park. The beach is pebbly, with stunning cliffs.

Es handelt sich hier um die untere, nach Westen ausgerichtete Wohnung, in einem kleinen Zweifamilienhaus. Die ober Wohnung ist bewohnt. Die Wohnung bzw. das ganze Haus ist neu renoviert und gepflegt. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet. Die Klimatisierung funktioniert hervorragend. Das mobile Internet ist sehr zuverlässig. Zum Meer sind es nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Auto kann bequem vor dem Haus abgestellt werden. Die Vermieter sind sehr nette Leute.

Chiessi

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit großzügiger Terrasse von sehr netten Vermietern. Wir haben unsere 2 Wochen an Pfingsten in Chiessi sehr genossen, der Strand kann zu Fuß schnell erreicht werden und ist nicht überlaufen.

Riesenterrasse in einem der schönster Dörfer Elbas

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, das Haus ist in einem der allerschönsten Dörfern in der allerschönsten Ecke Elbas, nur wenige Schritte vom Meer & direkt auf einem schönen Wanderweg. Riesige, schöne Terrasse mit Meerblick. Sauberkeit top. Sehr friedlicher Ort. Zwei Sachen sollte man verbessern: WLAN hat (mindestens) die halbe Zeit nicht (richtig) funktioniert & für, wenn es Mal regnet oder kalt ist, wäre es schön, ein Sofa drin zu haben, um gemütlich sitzen zu können. Alles in Allem zu empfehlen, wir waren gerne hier, vielen Dank.

Die Vermieter waren sehr nett. Alles war wie im Angebot abgegeben. Sehr sauber. Einkaufen im Nachbarort Pomonte, ca. 2 km kann man zu Fuß erreichen.

Splendida vista e tranquillità assoluta

Appartamento recentissimo, pulito e in ottimo stato, comoda terrazza esterna grazie alla quale è possibile godersi un po' di relax sui lettini e gustare cene al fresco. Posto auto coperto adiacente. La terrazza ha un'incantevole vista sul mare, dalla quale abbiamo potuto ammirare il tramonto ogni giorno. A 3 minuti a piedi è possibile raggiungere la spiaggia in tutta comodità. Il paese è molto tranquillo e un'ottima base di partenza per visitare l'isola, con le vicine spiagge di Fetovaia e Cavoli. I proprietari sono persone gentilissime e molto disponibili, anche nel suggerire qualche consiglio sulla visita di spiagge, paesi e locali. Abbiamo soggiornato solo una settimana ma ci siamo rilassati molto. Consiglio vivamente il soggiorno in questa struttura.
