Cross two scenic bridges over rushing alpine waters to reach your private mountain retreat—the ultimate launchpad for exploring Highway 20, Diablo Lake, and North Cascades National Park trailheads.

    Living & Warmth: Cozy main living room featuring natural slate flooring, rich wood trim, vaulted ceilings, and a crackling wood stove (backed by propane heating for effortless warmth).
    Kitchen & Dining: Functional cook’s kitchen with stainless steel countertops, microwave, refrigerator, gas range/stove, cookware essentials, and counter seating.
    Sleeping Loft: Upstairs sleeping loft with comfortable bedding, overlooking the open living space.
    Bath: Main-floor bathroom with a full tiled shower and on-demand hot water.
    Outdoor Living: Private lot with an outdoor fire pit, covered patio space with a pizza oven, and access to Cascade River Park community riverbanks and picnic spots.

    Guests have full, private access to the cabin and grounds within the quiet, gated Cascade River Park community. Easy self-check-in details and gated access codes are provided prior to arrival.

    The cabin is located inside Cascade River Park, a private, gated rural community along the Cascade River just east of Marblemount. The park is a mix of seasonal recreational cabins and full-time, year-round residents who value peace, privacy, and the quiet mountain setting. Please drive slowly (15 mph) on all community gravel roads and respect quiet hours.
    River Access: Community paths lead down to gravel bars and picnic areas along the Cascade River for fishing, wading, or sitting by the water.
    Marblemount (10–15 mins): The local town hub has gas stations, small convenience marts, a few casual diners/drive-ins, and the North Cascades National Park Wilderness Information Center.
    Trailheads & Highway 20: Quick access to the Highway 20 corridor, Cascade River Road (Cascade Pass trailhead), Diablo Lake, and Ross Lake.

    Vehicle Required: There is no public transit service to Marblemount or Cascade River Park. A personal vehicle or rental car is required to get here, access trailheads, and travel between towns.
    Rideshare & Taxis: Uber, Lyft, and standard taxi services are not available in this area.
    Parking: Free, private on-site driveway parking is available directly at the cabin.
    Road Conditions & Navigation: The cabin is accessed via paved mountain highways (Hwy 20 / Cascade River Rd) and well-maintained unpaved community roads. A standard 2WD vehicle is suitable from late spring through fall. AWD/4WD or carrying chains is recommended during winter snow conditions.
    Offline Navigation: Cellphone coverage inside Cascade River Park is generally very weak, spotty, or nonexistent, depending on your specific lot location, tree canopy density, and carrier.

    Off-Grid Living: Cascade River Park is an off-grid community with no municipal electric grid power.
    Generator Provided: We provide a generator for power, along with clear start/stop operating instructions. Please note that when the generator is off, there is no electrical power at the cabin.
    Heating & Cooking: The cabin is equipped with a wood stove and propane utilities for cooking, heating, and hot water, ensuring essential comfort regardless of generator status.
    Quiet Hours: In keeping with neighborhood rules and to maintain the peaceful forest setting for year-round neighbors, generator quiet hours apply at night. Plan your device charging and power needs accordingly.
    1. Smoking, vaping, and marijuana use are strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy will result in a $500 fine.

    2. Confetti and glitter are strictly prohibited.

    3. Do not tamper with the smoke alarms or the wireless router. Maintaining these systems is essential for your safety and the home`s connectivity; any interference with these devices will result in a $500 fine.

    4. Pet policies (Read further if you`re planning to bring a pet):

    To ensure the house stays in top shape for everyone (including those with allergies), we ask that you follow these simple rules:

    • We welcome up to 2 well-behaved pets. Please let us know the breed and size of your pet(s) when booking.

    • Furniture & Bedding: We ask that pets stay off the furniture and beds. If your pet is a `cuddler,` please use the designated pet blankets provided to protect the linens.

    • Paw Policy: Please use the grey `Paw Towels` located by the door to wipe muddy paws before entering the house.

    • No `Home Alone` Pets: For the safety of your pet and our neighbors, please do not leave pets unattended in the home unless they are secured in a crate. Even when secured in a crate, please don`t leave them alone for more than a few hours at a time.

    • No pets in the hot tub and sauna at any time.

    • Yard Cleanup: Please pick up after your pet immediately. Waste bags are provided in the kitchen area.

    • Damage & Accidents: We understand accidents happen! Please notify us immediately so we can treat stains properly. Excessive cleaning or damage to furniture/flooring will be charged to the guest.

    • Flea/Tick Prevention: All pets must be up-to-date on flea and tick prevention before arrival.
