The villa By The Beach 5 Bedrooms is located in Marbella and boasts a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea. The 3-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 5 ensuite bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a fan as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

This villa features a private outdoor space with a pool, garden, children's pool, open terrace, covered terrace, 3 balconies, barbecue, and outdoor shower. In the winter months the pool can be heated for an extra fee.

Just off the beach, a private home with space for everyone. We had a group ages 20-80 years old and everyone has their own room and bathroom, We loved the backyard, outdoor grill and all the terraces. Our host and caretaker were super responsive and made the stay very easy.

The house is very cosy and the swimmingpool is just perfect for a refreshing dip. From the undisturped backyard you have access directly to the beach and a couple of very nice bars/restaurants. All in all this have been a fantastic vacation. Wish we could stay for a couple more days.

Pros: The villa is in a perfect spot, close to town, without the traffic and noise, great restaurants within walking distance, as well as the beach. The villa was wonderful, had all we needed for a restful vacation. The owners are very responsive as we couldn't figure out the TV , they came and helped us with it. The grounds are beautifully, professionally maintained by a lovely gardener weekly, as well as the pool. This was our second visit to San Pedro, we just love the area and loved having the villa as our home base. Can't wait to visit again!!

Public swimming pool over the road was a private pool with sun beds for hire. Mr Santiago was very helpful and directed our daughters taxi when it could not find the villa, it is very secluded and not easy to locate.

The only bad points were that the towels were never changed during the week and one if the air con units were broken however it was fixed the following day. Would recommend this location.

The best part was the surprise when we arrived - a Christmas tree in the living room and beautiful white lights outside!! The villa worked out very well for all ages including my elderly Mother and two teenage girls. The house had everything we needed including towels, beach towels and gas grill for barbecue. The garden was wonderful with a lot of beautiful trees and flowers, many sun beds and a nice pool. We were at the zoo, butterfly house, dolphin show etc. etc. Our 50 year anniversary was just what we hoped for. The weather was also on our side. We will recommend your villa to friends. Pros: My family, including my adult son as well as my daughter, her husband and my 12 and 10 year old grandchildren, arrived very weary from long flights from the USA and were met by a very congenial and helpful, Mr. Santiago, who put us at ease. The Villa itself is absolutely beautiful in a lovely garden setting filled with bougainvillea and many other flowering plants, and with all the conveniences one could want. The children especially enjoyed the wonderful pool and the family spent many happy times there. The location is perfect for going to the beach...a 2 minute walk, the promenade along the beach to Puerto Banus, as well as a short walk to local stores. It is also convenient for day trips to Tangier, Granada, Cordova, Ronda and other nearby historic sites. Two Beach Clubs, El Ancla and Macaao, are just a minute walk from the back gate and both are quite lovely with wonderful food. All in all, our two week stay was all that we hoped for and we hated to say goodbye.

Pros: We had a fabulous holiday last year. The villa Linda Vista is very spacious, beautifully decorated and with everything you may need to provide a convenient and relaxing accommodation. Air conditioning systems works perfectly well, however, you may even not need it most of time due to good refreshing ventilation if the doors are open. We expected an unbearable heat to face in August in Andalusia but surprisingly it was not bad at all. It was rather nicely warm. The second floor of the villa can be used as nearly separated apartment with a large terrace and two large bedrooms. Two families of friend would fit in without problems. We liked the pool, it is not small and one can swim in it, but it also have a nice shallow appendix for small children to play. It is designed so that it is in a shadow most of time, which we found to be extremely convenient. The place is taken a very good care of, and the team responsible for it is very nice and friendly as well as extremely helpful. It is really important if you come to where you never been before and usually feel a bit lost. The sea and a sandy beach with small shops, great restaurants, gym tools and play grounds is very close, indeed. It is clean, not crowded (pretty rare characteristic!). We have found the water a bit cold to our taste, but we all enjoyed spending time on the beach, swimming mainly in the pool. We were afraid to be in the middle of civilization living so close to a beach in Andalusia, but actually this spot occurred to be very private and quiet. These characters are combined with the closeness to a town where hospitals, pharmacies, shops etc can be reached in about 15 min walk or 5 min drive from the villa. The fabulous Marbella is in 40 min drive distance. It is a great place to get in touch with the cultural and historic Andalusia. Great days out! We also liked very much our trip to old historic town of Rhonda (about 1 h into the mountains by bus)-unforgettable experience. It is a must see place. We want to thank Joanne, Brian and Viorel again for taking a good care of our holiday in the villa!

We (a group of 8 ladies) have had a wonderful five night stay in this gorgeous villa. There was so much room for us all, it was spotlessly clean, well equipped and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The garden area is beautiful and private and the beach is literally over the road. There is a supermarket a 10 minute walk away and plenty of beautiful restaurants and bars a 15 minute walk away plus a couple on the beach next to the villa. Our host was exceptional at communication and incredibly helpful.He also recommended some fabulous restaurants to try plus an amazing, and very reasonably priced, private chef who catered for us one memorable evening!We highly recommend this wonderful home!
