Nice towhouse, very spacious, with 4 bedrooms, large terrace and solarium.
It is located 2 minutes walk from the beach, in an urbanization with 2 swimming pools, beautiful gardens and 24 hour security. A few meters from San Pedro de Alcántara and its great promenade, where there is a wide variety of beach bars and bars. Surrounded by golf courses.
On the first floor we find the main room, with a 180 double bed, bathroom en suite and balcony. Another room with a double bed of 180 and the third room has 2 beds of 90 with access to a large terrace.
On the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen, a service bedroom with 2 beds of 90 and an en-suite bathroom. As well as a large living room with dining room and direct access to the private terrace.
House fully equipped with Smart TV, wifi, air conditioning, a selection of books and games for your use. Cot and high chair available, you just have to let us know to set them up. Indoor facilities for non-smokers.
Excellent location for family vacations or golf getaways.
