For shared use: garden with lawn, swimming pool angular (8 x 15 m, depth 120 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Oct.). Public parking on the road. Grocery, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "Los Alicate" 900 m, sandy beach 200 m. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
    4-room terraced house 115 m2 on 2 levels. Comfortable and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with digital TV and air conditioning. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave). Sep. WC. No heating option. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. 2 baths/WC. Terrace 20 m2, south-west facing position. Terrace furniture. View of the garden. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Belle maison de vacances très bien équipée et à proximité de tout. Vraiment rien ne nous a manqué tout est à proximité et faut pas hésiter à visiter cette belle région.

Alles erop en eraan

Prima accommodatie met alles erop en eraan. Van buiten oogt het wat minder maar het is een prima, compleet ingericht huis. Een huurauto vonden wij wel een must want het is wat ver van het centrum gelegen. Maar supermarkt, strand en restaurants zijn ook op loopafstand te vinden

Heel fijn huis, ruim opgezet, schoon, volledig ingericht .Goede contacten met de managers. Rustig, het is een huis in een rijtje van 4 , volledig omheind, alleen via een poort kun je binnen, dus heel veilig. Mooi zwembad.

La casa es un adosado amplio. Las fotos se corresponden con la realidad. Mobiliario un poco antiguo quizás y por debajo de nuestro estándar de limpieza (tuvimos que meter un repaso a todo). Piscina comunitaria y cerca de la playa (bajando la calle menos de 10 minutos andando). Fácil de aparcar (al menos en septiembre) y zona tranquila. Salvo detalles, estancia correcta.

Good location. Equiped with beach umbrella and chairs. There is swimming pool, but nor for babies. Outside parking places are available. Beach side is OK there.
