Great family time
Had a fantastic stay with 3 generations of family. The house is at the top of the urbanisation in a quiet area. House is just as described, had everything you needed, felt very much at home. Lovely outside area. Car is recommended as I wouldn’t want to walk back up the hill in the heat. You can get an Uber if needed to the port area for about 7 euros.

Great accomodation
We really appreciated the property. With a pool and barbecue, that's all we needed to had good vacations. The living room was quite spacious. The rooms were comfortable and with air conditioning. We couldn't ask for a better spot. And to finish, the house had an amazing view.

Perfect Family getaway
We spent 5 days in this beautiful house. Looks even better and more magical in real life. This is perfect for a family with lots of privacy and amazing view. Everything one possible needs is available, from coffee to grill to pool. Perfectly clean and well equipped. Highly recommend and we would love to come back again one day. Thank you!

Wonderful place outside Marbella
We really enjoyed staying at "La Chiquita". It had everything for a wonderful vacation. I gave it a 4 out of 5 because it takes about an hour to unlock everything in the house and you need to either speak German or have a translator because all instructions are in German. We were able to use Google translator and figure most things out.

Fantastisches Ferienhaus
Wir hatten eine hervorragende Zeit in Marbella. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war ausgezeichnet. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns an Nichts. Besonders zu erwähnen sind der fantastische (Meer) Blick, der Pool, sowie die bequemen Betten. Die sehr gut sortierte Hausbibliothek hat sogar die Kinder zum Lesen animiert. In der Übergangszeit ist der Kamin eine wahre Freude. Wir kommen sicherlich einmal wieder. Klare Empfehlung!

Lovely house in a great area.
Me and my husband stayed with our dog for multiple weeks in La Chiquita. Our time was spent with some work and some vacation. The Wifi is great and therefore we had no problems to join virtual meetings. The view is amazing and the surrounding area very calm and relaxing. Due to beeing on the hillside there was a constant breeze which was very nice. The house is super cozy and provides everything you need for a relaxing stay. The beautiful garden is keept in great shape and not only us but our dog enjoyed to lay in the garden and get a little sun herself. 😊🐶 We enjoyed every moment and hope to visit La Chiquita sometime again.

Maravillosa experiencia
Hemos disfrutado de unos días super agradables en La Chiquita, que además de ser una casa grande y cómoda, está emplazada en lo alto de la urbanización de manera que puedes disfrutar de una vistas al mar privilegiadas mientras estás en la piscina. Además dispone de un gran jardín muy bien cuidado, donde hemos podido comer y cenar y jugar con nuestro perro que se lo ha pasado en grande. La casa está decorada con buen gusto y equipada con todo tipo de utensilios y electrodomésticos necesarios, esto es muy práctico ya que es como estar en tu propia casa, hay de todo. Y Friederike, ha sido muy amable y ha respondido siempre muy rápido cada vez que hemos querido preguntarle algo. En resumen, una elección muy recomendable y una casa maravillosa. Volveremos!!

Good views, cozy house with great rooms, beds and floorplan. Very safe and affluent area.
All in all a great house. We have been in Andalusia many times, but this house was by far the most cozy inside with good dining and relaxation areas, very good beds and a good floor plan. Appliances etc was all quality stuff, making cooking, etc. a joy. The views from the property are great and the divided pool is good for children! Communication with Friderike is outstanding - fast, clear and easy to understand. Only downsides was limited evening sun and that the pool guy only came once a week. It was somewhat windy during our stay (may) and the pool filled up with debree very fast, despite cleaning 1-2 times a day. It could be the season.

Die AUSSICHT!!! Der GARTEN!!! Der POOL!!!
Die Beschreibung mit den Bildern wird durch die Realität noch deutlich übertroffen! Ein wirklich gut ausgestattetes Haus. Klimaanlage in allen Räumen. Neue und wertige Küche mit vielen Geräten. Geräumiges Wohnzimmer. Das beste ist aber das Außengelände: Großer, umzäunter Garten, umlaufende Terrasse und ein toller Pool mit Meerblick. Man liegt im Wasser, trinkt Rotwein, isst ein paar Oliven und schaut auf das Meer bis nach Afrika. Ansonsten zur Lage: Das Meer ist nicht fußläufig zu erreichen, aber mit dem Auto sind es wenige Minuten. Auf dem Weg liegt auch ein guter Supermarkt, der alles hat, was man so braucht. Die ganze Urbanisation ist sehr sauber, ruhig und gepflegt. Für einen Abendbummel über eine Strandpromenade muss man allerdings nach Marbella oder Fuengirola fahren.

Belle maison très agréable à vivre
La maison est très fonctionnelle, la vue est incroyable et le jardin et la piscine très bien. Maison bien équipée, propriétaires absolument charmants. La seule chose à faire remarquer, tout est écrit en allemand sur l'électroménager et l'identification de chaque clé (nous avons eu un peu de mal à l'arrivée mais avec une appli cela reste possible) et juste la décoration du salon un peu datée à notre gout, mais tout à fait conforme aux photos. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en ce mois d'octobre et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci à Susanna et Friederike pour cette petite attention à notre arrivée. Le vin était bon, dégusté au bord de la piscine après installation. Merci.

El exterior fascinante. Mucho espacio, mucho verde, muchos árboles y la piscina ideal. El interior, estaba bien en general, pero a mi parecer poco funcional y práctico. Mobiliario bonito pero antiguo y en exceso, mal aprovechado el enorme salón. Por ejemplo, no era cómodo para ver la tele todos juntos, pues hay que verla en silla. Muchas alfombras y tapetes, sobraban. Más en verano y más en tiempos de Covid. Telarañas bajo los muebles, silla, mesas.. Equipada perfectamente con calefacción de radiadores y air acondionado. Grandes ventanales que hacen ver amanecer desde todos los lugares dentro de la casa. Nos encantaron. La cocina muy bien equipada, pequeña pero suficiente y cómoda. Todo limpio y con muchos productos de limpieza. Cualquier problema te atienden o acuden al momento. La balanza queda en positivo, pero se puede mejorar

Die Lage des Hauses ist einfach traumhaft. Das Haus ist mehr als komplett ausgestattet- es fehlte nichts. Selbst an die Kinder wurde gedacht ( Spiele, Bücher,...) Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch durch die sehr nette und angenehme Kommunikation mit Familie Rinne- Wolf. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen!

Rundum gelungener Urlaub
Wir waren die ersten Gäste "nach Corona Shut-down". Aufgrund der Fotos haben wir uns schon sehr auf das Haus und den Urlaub gefreut, die Bilder geben aber nicht alles wieder. Es ist wirklich ein sehr schönes Haus und man merkt aufgrund des vorhandenen Equipments, das hier auch wirklich die Besitzer zeitweise leben. Es ist alles vorhanden. Die Gegend war sehr ruhig, wohl auch aufgrund corona und wir waren unter uns. Die Umgebung, der Garten, der Pool und vor allem der Ausblick waren wirklich eine Wucht und wir haben es sehr genossen. Von hier haben wir einige sehr schöne Trips in die andalusische Umgebung gemacht, auch die Strände waren von guter Qualität. Besonders Playa las Chapas gefiel uns gut. Man muss sicher dazu wissen das ein Auto unerlässlich ist. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Nos ha encantado la casa, no le hemos encontrado ni una pega. El salón es más grande de lo que parece en las fotos. La chimenea una pasada. Las camas muy cómodas. A la casa no le falta detalle, todo muy bien organizado y con muchas comodidades. La comunicación muy buena. Nos quedamos con ganas de volver cuando haga calorcito para disfrutar de la piscina.

Maison conforme à l'annonce. Quartier résidentiel calme paisible. Sécurisé et sécurisant. Vue splendide entre mer d'un côté et montagne de l'autre. Das Haus hat eine super Lage und sensationnelle Aussicht. Das Wetter war super nicht zu heiß. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge sowie zur totalen Entspannung super geeignet. Da man sich durch die gut Ausgestatte Küche sehr gut selbst verpflegen kann muss man nicht jeden Abend teuer Essengehen. 🙂 Auch für das mogentliche Joggen ist die Gegend gut geeignet. Vielen Dank

Toller Urlaub!
Toller Urlaub in einem sehr schönen, voll eingerichteten und komplett ausgestatteten Haus. Pool, Garten und Lage waren sehr schön, absolut ruhig gelegen und ohne jeden Trubel, einfach erholsam. Traumhafter Blick und immer ein leichter Wind, sehr angenehm. Erholung pur. Aufgrund der Lage der Urbanisation ist ein Auto sehr zu empfehlen, dann sind Restaurants und Geschäfte in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.

We had six lovely days in the house. The surroundings and house were beautiful. It was easy to get in contact with the owners. I recommend a car since it's to hilly and hot to walk.

Liebstes La Chiquita, nun ist unser studentische Entspannungsurlaub leider vorbei und wir werden dich sehr vermissen. Du hast mich und meine studentischen Freunde herzlichst aufgenommen und uns ein super Komfort gebietet. Du befindest dich an einer perfekten Lage, so dass wir direkt von oben herab auf das Meer blicken konnten und am Abends eine romantische Stimmung erleben durften. Deine Ausstattung an Zimmern, Bädern und dem Pool war entzückend. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und würden dich immer wieder gerne noch einmal besuchen. Liebe Grüße
