You also get exclusive access to the beach via a private residents gate, which means that this stretch is one of the most quiet as public access isn't possible from the roads surrounding it.

The large garden has a hammock, sunloungers and plenty of space to eat and dine.

There are 4 bedrooms, 2 upstairs and 2 downstairs.

Upstairs you find the large master bedroom, which has an en-suite bathroom with private dressing area and access to the terrace.
There is also another bedroom with double bed.

Downstairs is a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single bed as well as 2 further bathrooms. One is conveniently located next to the back entrance, so you can shower before/ after the pool.

All bedrooms have blackout blinds for a great night's sleep.

The Villa also has a double sofa-bed located in the living room, which has comfortable sofas and a smart TV so you can login with your apps such as Netflix, Disney just as you would at home.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, we also provide tea and coffee to start, and there's a separate laundry room too for your convenience.

There are many restaurants in the area. you can walk to the closest ones within 10-15 minutes and there are countless attractions in Marbella and all around. The beach access is less than 5 minutes walk.
