The staff were very friendly and courteous. The area of the resort was Sant Teresa which is an artsy area and easy to get around. Transportation is very easy to get around with uber and trolly.

Construction on the building next to it and it’s was very noise, windows doesn’t close because of that it’s very loud noise from the wind, poor tv system channels for kids, no room service, poor breakfast.
Very quick service when ir comes to complaints.
The front desk was very helpful with check in early.
