Shared grounds, private outside area, garden furniture, parking. Shared enclosed and heated swimming pool (8x3.5 m) from may to end of september, shared bbq. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS : Canal du Midi (locks), Béziers (cathedral, féria in august), Oppidum d'Enserune, AOC vineyards (St Chinian), near Aude department (Narbonne...).
