Nestled in the heart of Marathon, FL, this beautiful and spacious home offers an idyllic retreat for families and fishermen alike. With its gorgeous landscaping and a back patio that leads to a 70ft dock, our home is a haven for those seeking the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure. The canal, 6ft deep, can accommodate a 50ft boat, making it an ideal spot for water enthusiasts.

This completely renovated home features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, a full kitchen, and 2 living areas, providing ample space for your family and friends to unwind and create lasting memories. Located conveniently near the airport and the main highway to Key West, which is just an hour away, you’ll have easy access to explore the enchanting surroundings.

For those who love the outdoors, our property boasts a very large private area to park trailers, boats, or jet skis. Enjoy a barbecue on our back patio, and make use of the large freezer to store your catch of the day, from lobster to fish. We’ve equipped our home with 2 kayaks, 2 vests for kayaking, 2 bikes, 5 games for both kids and adults, 2 beach chairs, 4 beach towels, and an outdoor board for fish cleaning to ensure your days are filled with fun and relaxation.

While our home is a sanctuary for relaxation and fun, we’ve also prioritized your health and safety. Each room is equipped with UVC lights for protection against COVID-19, and we provide a station with masks, gloves, and sanitizing gel. Rest assured, our home has been thoroughly disinfected with Clorox germicidal bleach.

Please note, essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, water, soap, shampoo, and rinse will be provided for the first day to help you settle in comfortably.

Amazing stay!

The location and space of this home was fantastic. Being able to bring my boyfriend’s boat and dock it right on the property was so convenient. Neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. Property was better than the pictures! Will definitely stay again.

Great house on a beautiful canal!

We had a really comfortable stay and loved the location! The house had a lot more space than we were expecting, and the kitchen is really up to date. Five adults had plenty of sleeping space and elbow room. The patio area and dock on the canal was a beautiful place to watch the sun go down. We took the kayaks for spin out into the ocean from the canal and really enjoyed that. I was afraid there would be noise from the small airport across the street from the house, but that was really negligible. It was just a short drive to Sombrero Beach and all the restaurants and activities in Marathon and a little more than an hour to Key West. We thought the house was great, and we'd definitely stay again!

Fantastic stay for the week

We had a great time at this sweet little house on the canal in Marathon. The kitchen is well appointed, beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of linens (towels) for all of us. The decor was a bit different from the online listing - in a good way! The owners are redecorating and there are some nice updates! All in all, we loved this house and would absolutely stay here again!!

Nice stay in Marathon. It was a lot closer to the Marathon airport than I thought but it was no big deal. Nice location, nice house, perfect for our family stay. Owner was very nice and even mailed us back lost items that were found.

Perfect for family get away

This house was super spacious and clean. Perfect location! Waking up and my kids being able to fish and us parents being able to enjoy a cup of coffee on the water was amazing. The property manager was super quick to respond and very nice. We would definitely stay here again. A few things just need fixing - like some shade in the backyard and the hammock was torn but all and all we would stay here again in a heartbeat.
