Very quiet village, with no restaurant or bars, and we weren't aware the host would cook meals on request. Our only complaints were not being able to eat in our room and new towels are required! "We arrived early at the hotel and because we hadnt booked directly with the hotel chain we didnt have the entry code so could not access tahe hotel. Fortunately, there was a staff member tidying up the frontage and she got the manager to come and check us in. He was very kind and pleasant The room was very good and clean with a modern shower room. We were both very surprised by the restaurant which was excellent. "

"We arrived at the hotel in the middle of a snow storm so we were pleased to have got there without incident. This is the 2nd time we have stayed there. The room was large and pleasantly warm, it was very cold outside. The patrons are very pleasant and welcoming. There is a bar attached to the hotel and it was good to get a drink on arrival. "

"Personal, Abendessen und Frühstück großartig! Die beiden Damen waren rührig und stets für jeden da! Aber 2 Angestellte für ein großes Hotel definitiv zu wenig. Aschenbecher im Außenbereich wurden nicht geleert, tote Käfer auf der Terasse und Vogelkot. Die Lüftungsanlage viel zu laut und nur 1 Handtuch im Badezimmer. Und dann hieß es zunächst noch, mein Zimmer sei nicht bezahlt. Musste erst Kontobeläge runterladen, dass per Expedia längst alles bezahlt war... aber sonst alles gut;)"
