Beautiful property with attentive staff, however missing a few marks to be considered a 5 star lodge. A room for 2 only came with 1 hand towel and no wash clothes. The shower needs a floor mat. Coconest Eco village pollachi
Property is huge and the cottage given had privacy. The food options were provided but often delayed by an hour. The entire resort is clean and noise free. Amenities in terms of sports equipment were limited. Overall, worth a visit away from city’s hustle bustle environment.
