  • An independent unit in a two-family villa surrounded by a large private garden, located just 200 metres from the beautiful Genn'e Mari beach.<br>About 100 metres from a supermarket, fish market, café, and pizza restaurant.<br>It is 20 minutes from Villasimius and 30 minutes from Cagliari.<br>It is the ideal location for visiting all the beautiful beaches of southern Sardinia.<br><br>The house features a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a sleeper sofa, a spacious bathroom with a washing machine, and two double bedrooms equipped with air conditioning.<br>Outside, there is a large patio where you can dine. The garden includes an outdoor shower, a barbecue, and private parking.
