"The guy at check-in was awesome. Unfortunately we had to change rooms three times because the AC wasn’t working in one room and the TV wasn’t working in another room and there was bugs in each of the room as well as a broken sink. When we did finally get into a room it had a broken door handle and we could barely get out of the room. On top of that, the AC machine in the hallway was super loud and kept us up at night. "I give this hotel a 10 out of 10 in everything: the cleanliness, the comfort of the room, the quality of the bed, the pillows, the bedding, the sofa, the desk, the shower, the hotel hallways, and the beautiful hotel entrance. It also has a gorgeous rooftop. One particular standout is the service: there was one person at the hotel who made sure every detail was perfect, from measuring the water in the vases on the table to the bathrooms, the doors, and the windows. I had never seen a manager or an owner so meticulous in ensuring everything was of the highest quality.”"
