I just wanted to take a cup of ice cream with me to my room because there were some guest smoking outside the restaurant even when the hotel says it is smoke free in all areas, the waitress said it was forbidden but I could take a fruit salad. She denied to sell the fruit salad and the ice cream together because I said I will put the ice cream on the top of the salad. I went to the lobby since they told...

"El mejor,de este lugar, son el personal que atiende. Siempre muy atentos y amables. La comida y el desayuno ,estan buenos. La habitacion (suite) no esta buena,pues no tiene manutencion. Los placares del bano resucios. Habia aranhas en el costadito del techo. Lo demas todo bien. Falta mantenimiento,no mas."
