"Das Zimmer war gar nicht sauber. Als ich meine Socken ausziehen wollte, waren diese voll mit Staub und Haaren. Überall waren fremde Haare, sogar auf der WC Brille, in der Dusche sowie im Bett. Als ich das Personal darauf ansprach, suchte diese Ausreden und gab mir ein neues Zimmer, welches ich prüfen sollte. Dieses war nicht wirklich besser.
