Nice property, beautifully decorated, room very nice and amenities in room exceptional. Wish property had a pool and fitness room could use some weights. Club lounge food was good and variety for afternoon and evening spreads was tasty.

Wow, we just finished an unbelievable stay at this wonderful brand new hotel. The building and accommodations were stunningly beautiful. Artistic grandeur at every turn. Wonderful views of Nagoya Castle and their own private Japanese garden. An extraordinary swimming pool, onsen, and sauna with full cedar logs.
What was even more impressive was the generous and dedicated staff. They pampered us, treated us exceptionally at every opportunity. They all made us feel like special guests.
We met the manager of the hotel, the manager of the restaurants on site, along with pleasant introductions to dozens of attentive hotel employees. We never have had such a wonderful experience from top to bottom.
Nagoya was an unplanned stop during our Japan vacation and now we are already trying to see when we can get back to Japan and specifically Espacio Nagoya Castle since we can't stop thinking about what a great time we had there.

Excellent room, very spacious and great views from the tower. Very modern hotel. Only thing was it didn't have a bar so you had to leave the hotel to go for a drink. Staff were friendly and welcoming. There was an issue with parking though - we paid the fee at the hotel and then were charged again by the car park provider as none of the tickets the hotel provided to us worked (so cost over £70 for parking in the end). We were also stuck at the parking exit gate with a queue of cars behind so had no choice but to pay again. Also car park is a walk away and there isnt an easy place to stop near the hotel to unload luggage.
