"This was a lovely hotel in an area that we wanted to explore. The service, room and restaurant were all fantastic. The breakfast was nice. We enjoyed being able to go outside and walk along the Rhine, and enjoy the view of the Chateau, vineyards and area. Parking was very easy and safe. Only complaint is that some of the switches were hard to figure out, esp in the bathroom… maybe when the staff shows you the room, make sure to inquire! "

"We had a lovely stay. The hotel was centrally-located, the rooms spacious, the staff very friendly and welcoming. Even before the stay, they reached out to us informing us about the Braderie festival and potential disruptions and suggestions for what we could do on the day, which was very thoughtful. "Overall very good, downside was the wait time for the lifts, this hotel has 19 floors and when it was built in the mid eighties the 3 lifts would have been efficient but not any more as sometimes the wait time is 10 minutes and when they arrived they were nearly always full up. The breakfast room is manic and the area where you pick the food up is chaotic just not big enough for hundreds of people. The rooms are lovely and big and well decorated, towels and linen were excellent, being disabled...

"We booked the family suit and a double room for my parents. Very nice and clean. The suit was perfect for my husband and kids. I would recommend that suit (apartment) if you have kids as you have a full kitchen. Parking across the street, belongs to the hotel, available for a small fee. Close to everything in walking distance. A great value. "

"Our stay at the Mercure was excellent. Luxembourg was our final stop and the Mercure provided a perfect stay for us to rest up for the long flight home. I’d like to address the ease of the bus system in Luxembourg as the hotel staff explained it to us and we were able to move around the city with such ease. Thank you! We will certainly recommend and return if the opportunity arises. "

"While the hotel is a bit of a hike from the train station, it is worth it. The room was very nice and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast room has a view of the river - perfect for a relaxing start to the day. Coffee was great. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Check in was excellent, very friendly and professional, other reception staff were so good, didnt appear interested in their work or their guest's. TV nor the room safe worked but both were remedied .Good and comfortable stay in a pleasant hotel with good transport links to the city centre."
