Very helpful staff, Excellent area to explore. Nice touch having a fridge in the room, the best breakfast, of all the hotels, whilst staying in Portugal. Comfy bed, good size room. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Loved the quaint Casa da Roda. The property is in need of new carpet and paint in the common areas. But the room was nice and clean and quiet. The refrigerator didn’t work (it was plugged in but the one lonely beer and one juice in it were warm and sad). The breakfast was great! Didn’t get to enjoy the indoor pool because they charge extra for it (surprising). Only the outdoor pool was included. I would think they would include the main indoor facilities and just charge for treatments like most hotel spas do. Oh well. Otherwise a great stay.

Ficamos sem wi-fi durante todos os dias da estadia. Avisamos já no primeiro dia, mas nada foi feito. Quarto sem tomadas e banheiro bastante antigo, prejudicando o conforto. Atendimento no restaurante foi ok, mas no lobby deixou muito a desejar. Além disso, ficamos num alojamento distante do local onde são servidas as refeições,o que reduz o conforto. Jantamos uma noite no hotel. Extremamente caro para o que oferece. Pratos sem boa apresentação e de qualidade mediana.

Stayed in Shpherds Annex, lovely views, sounds of stream all fantastic. But seriously, no Wi-Fi or connection?? Also, dinner is a buffet, breakfast is so so. Dinning options nearby very limited and Hotel bar has zero atmosphere- only a tv that is on max volume.

Cómodo mas um pouco isolado

Um pouco afastado do centro de Manteigas (tem de se ir de carro. Fizeram-nos upgrade para quartos no edifício principal, o que foi muito bom. Infelizmente estivemos num Domingo, dia em que o SPA não abre durante a tarde, por isso não pudemos experimentar. Também, vimos nas fotos que deveria haver uma mesa de bilhar, mas já não existe.

Fomos colocados na Casa da Roda, fora da área do hotel, falta de informação acerca das regalias a usufruir uma vez que é tudo pago à parte, desde piscina, jacuzzi entre outros. Valeu pela paisagem e pela simpatia das gentes da terra.

Só fechei esse hotel pq faz menção de uma piscina, que na verdade é um centro de tratamento de idoso, e cobram EUR11 para 45 min de uma piscina pegando fogo! Em nenhum lugar na descrição do hotel, diz que a piscina é paga! Errado do site

Nice place, but swimming pool is not included

Warning: The swimming pool and spa area is NOT included in the stay and has to be paid extra (11€ for 45 mins in the swimming pool). Apart from this the hotel is very nice. Friendly people and very nice service.

Muito bom

Boa relação qualidade/preço.O único ponto menos positivo é o alojamento ficar na Casa da Roda que é um edifício a cerca de 500m do hotel. Pequeno almoço muito bom. Para quem quiser usufruir do programa das termas e spa, convém ficar hospedado no edifício do próprio hotel que tem ligação direta ao complexo termal.

PASAMOS FRÍO

Estuvimos en el hotel pero en lo que llaman la cabaña del pastor. Pasamos frío. La habitación estaba muy fría, la calefacción calentaba poco y nos pusieron un radiador de aceite, pero era muy pequeño y calentaba poco. Si la calefacción funcionara no hacía falta radiador eléctrico. Además en la propaganda ponía que tenía wifi, pero allí no había. El desayuno muy bien. La limpieza muy bien. Pero no merece la pena ir a pasar frío.
