"Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Check‑in came with a little hiccup, but the hotel made it right upon a quick discussion at checkout, and I appreciated how they handled it. The restaurant and Starbucks on-site are super convenient, which is why I was surprised they don’t offer room service. It seems like it would be an easy and really nice perk for guests. Even so, I was happy with my visit and would consider staying again. "

Otherwise, I rate the staff of four star because I understand that ballet was pretty busy the night that I was there, but the valet was kind of rude. This specific guy opened my door and told me to hurry up, he said “thanks” and then closed my door right after. "
