"We needed a place in Mason that could sleep 10 of us (4 kids under 6). We were in town for a wedding and wanted some place with room for the kids to play and burn off energy. This property was absolutely perfect for it. The living spaces are well appointed and make for perfect “zones” to separate off into if the adults needed to have conversations and the kids wanted to play. The games in the basement were a chef’s kiss as it let the kids play even when it was a little rainy outside. Proximity to any service, restaurant, or shop made getting any supplies we needed to cook or feel at home easy. If there was one annoyance, it comes from the fact that the house itself is a little older (though the interior is nicely updated). This meant getting toddlers to sleep and then walking past those rooms without some loud creaks and squeaks from doors was tough. Nothing a sound machine couldn’t help, but definitely was something we had to factor into our choices. Part of being an adult though :). The neighborhood is nice and quiet and very walkable. This was absolutely perfect for our needs. "
