"My husband and I had never stayed at a bed and breakfast before and this experience set the bar incredibly high! Our room and dedicated hallway bathroom were incredibly clean and cozy. When I had trouble opening the patio sliding door and it came off of the tracks, the hosts were very responsive and their maintenance man repaired it extremely fast! The location was perfect and very quiet, yet within very close distance to many restaurants and attractions in the area. You could easily walk, bike, and/or drive from this location. Parking was a breeze in the gravel driveway to the right of the home. My husband and I brought our bikes and our hosts allowed us to safely store them in the living room of the home. Our room did not have a mini fridge, but we were able to store food and drinks in the main kitchen fridge. Housekeeping was delightful and we enjoyed the complimentary snacks, chocolates, and water in our room. We definitely would stay here again."

"The front desk was alsome in helping finding rides, resturants, local info! My only issue was not knowing the Hotel transfer driver takes a break from 12 noon until 3pm which affected my friend and I getting to the hotel so in lieu of the $10 fee a taxi cost me $45! My friend $35, the breakfast was great perfect start to the day! Had a lot of plans for Boston but the rain changed those plans and again the front desk helped in guiding me to some indoor items until the downpours slowed up in the afternoon!"

"I am local to Hull, Ma. just a short 30 minute ride to the hotel. On my birthday, I wanted my adult children and their families and a vacation beach getaway. However, we were unable to travel far. This hotel hit the mark for what I wanted for my birthday without the far commute. Firstly, I called to get an early check in. I called at 5:00am and the staff member (a gentleman) was top notch and called me back before 6;00am to let me know my room was ready to check in at noon. It was a Sunday. Upon check-in, I explained that my children were spending my birthday with me but were not staying. They gave me a parking pass for both me and my visitors making our experience less stressful with small children. We had an amazing day on the beach. Got some pool and jacuzzi time in the hotel pool, and ate in the yummy restaurant on the ground level. Finally, at the end of the day retired to the beautiful, clean and comfy room and the kids all went home. We got an ocean view room so we sat on the balcony listening to the waves late night. However, this some local places to go with music and food and beverages within walking distance. The staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating to my requests. My birthday was perfect and it was so wonderful that we decided we would be coming back for another getaway this summer. I highly recommend this hotel on the beach. PS- my son had his wedding there last year and everything was perfect too. "

"This HoJo is nice. The location is very convenient for me and my family that lives nearby. We use this location often. It’s clean and the breakfast is a nice bonus for traveling and expenses. I would definitely recommend."

"Such a lovely place to stay. It is clean, modern, well appropriated and maintained. The location was excellent with many amenities close by. We especially appreciated the availability of the hosts and their rapid responses to our inquiries.The street is busy with traffic at times with some noise but not really bothersome and you have to be careful backing out of the driveway. There are two sets of stairs so if that is a problem this is not the place for you. Otherwise I highly recommend it."
