A peaceful retreat

A lovely couple of days in a beautiful location. Great food in the restaurant. Wonderful to see kangaroos grazing on the lawn and a variety of different birds.

Very clean comfortable room with all that was necessary had we brought our own breakfast supplies. Friendly staff in a lovely country setting. The Lodge was fabulous. Very comfortable. Beautiful property. Peaceful overnight. Would love to stay again. Because I left my paperwork at home, went to property before check-in to see we were at the right property. Told in no uncertain terms "we were to early so will have to come back". Check in process was easy and I felt very welcomed. The room felt very homey and was very clean. There was a variety of options from the minibar and kitchen (including appliances etc). Nice walk around the property to view the lake and wild life around (birds, kangaroos). It’s probably the most comfortable hotel stay we’ve ever had. We also had dinner at the restaurant, the food was awesome and the service was great! Looking forward to stay again one day, thank you.

A beautiful place to stay, I loved the surroundings, wildlife and accessibility into town. We enjoyed the meal at the restaurant though would have liked a staff person on hand to help with operating the pancake machine. We did get help from the front desk personnel but perhaps a person in the dining room would be better. Very friendly cleaning staff, greeted with a smile.
