Life does not get better then to relax on Manitoulin Island , Ontario , Canada

Manitoulin Island is a Canadian lake island in Lake Huron, in the province of Ontario. The island has an area of 2,766 km2, making it the largest freshwater island in the world. In addition to the historic Anishinaabe and European settlement of the island, archeological discoveries at Sheguiandah have demonstrated Paleo-Indian and Archaic cultures dating from 10,000 BC to 2000 BC.

It was my first hike ever but definitely not the last. With some 12 km to hike, the difficulty level was moderate. The view from the East Lookout Point was amazing. Can't wait to try other hiking trails! Photo Credit: Jason Y
