The room was ok, needs a bit of help and cleaning. Couch was stained, paint on the ceiling was chipping away and dingy, sinks in the bathroom drained VERY slow. But it was the 2nd cheapest room in las vegas on a holiday weekend. It was fine for a couple nights

Room was clean just missing certain “luxuries” Bring your own hand soap

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

Staff was awesome and helpful

Check in was very easy to do at the kiosk. We requested daily cleanup for our room and there was a daily $60 plus resort fee. Needless to say, even after two calls during our stay, our room was never cleaned. The decor was pretty strange. There were huge pictures of faces particularly the one staring at you into the bathroom would have been better suited to another area. From my room, you could hear the elevator rumbling at every moment of the night. The positives were the staff were really nice and the location was great.
