"We had a great stay at Katie's property! The house is cozy and well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable! The kids loved playing on the old Nintendo and we parents (who grew up with this Nintendo) enjoyed showing off our Super Mario and Tetris skills. The hot tub was in great condition and easy to use- perfect since we had cold weather for most of our stay. Location is a perfect spot to easily get to beautiful hikes at the dunes and to Traverse City for exploring and excellent dining. We highly recommend this spot and would be happy to visit again sometime! "

"We had such a wonderful stay! The house was incredibly clean and exactly as described. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, which made everything very easy. The location was perfect for our girls trip—close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. The home had three spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms, which gave everyone plenty of space. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the coffee bar was such a fun bonus in the mornings. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"Had a wonderful stay, everything we needed was there! Hot tub was fabulous, clean and a nice addition! Only recommendation I would have is the pillows and mattresses were not comfortable. My husband ended up sleeping on the couch which was more comfortable than the master bedroom mattress. A lot of tossing and turning. But with that said, everyone’s level of mattress comfort is different, we prefer a softer mattress while others may appreciate a harder mattress! Not a deal breaker at all! "
