"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was everything we needed for a long weekend Up North. There's no AC, but it wasn't ever too hot in late Aug/early Sept. Very shaded, I think. Fans available as well. The pictures don't do the "fun porch" justice. There was all kinda of lake toys in there for our use. They even had a yard spike for a dog run--which was a blessing. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay with Visit Up North again."

We love sitting on the deck and enjoying the lake and quiet neighborhood, lots of restaurant, great golf courses, and cute shops close by. The cottage is clean and well equipped; our wish list would be a ladder from the dock into the water for us senior citizens. We'll be back next year!"

Completely remodeled on inside. 3 bedrooms all nice size. Living room had comfortable chairs and was able to set up my you tube tv. Dining was good. Kitchen was nice no stove. But there is grill outside and toaster oven to cook in. Bathroom had nice shower in it. Clean inside when I arrived. reasonable price and nice outdoor furnishings tire and lake views. Definitely stay there again."

"This is the seventh year we stayed here. Everything about it is outstanding. Perfect walk into the water with a long shallow Sandy bottom. Beautiful sunsets, friendly neighbors, close to town and very close to Sutton's Bay and Leland. Kayaks and a canoe. Every year the owners make improvements to the home. We are scheduling our eighth visit now."

"The room wasn’t much of a room. It was all quite open. The amenities were nice and workable. There wasn’t much privacy as the places were close together and it was more of a shared outdoor space."

"We stayed at the cottage the last week of August 2026 and the weather was perfect. Paddle boards and a canoe were available, but we did not use them. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. The laundry off the master bedroom was very convenient as well. The cottage has a great view of the beautiful lake! We loved using the fire pit to build bonfires at night. It is a relaxing setting and we enjoyed it very much! The host was easily accessible if needed and check in was very simple."
