Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely love the property. It was an incredibly peaceful day, and all of the characteristics of the property were as described. My kids loved the lakefront in the privacy of the backyard. Watching the sunset was a huge highlight being down off of the main road also helped make it feel more cozy and private. ""Eighteen" thumbs up! Our adult family of 9 had so much room, and room to spare! We cooked full meals in the kitchen and had a grilling night on the deck one evening. Location was perfect, right in between TC and Sutton's Bay. We spent time in both towns, along with plenty of hiking and biking. Out host was lovely and prompt and helpful."

"Our stay was great! The kitchen was well stocked with the necessities for cooking. The decks were great and the rooms were very spacious. Our kids had a great time and we were all very comfortable. The home was gorgeous but there was a lot of stairs - so not for people with limited mobility. The location was perfect for our weekend activities!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this midcentury modern. We were there for four nights on a girls trip. The house allowed everyone their own room and plenty of showers to go around. We were fortunate that the weather was great for mid May and enjoyed the kayaks and paddleboards. It was early and the dock was not yet in the water. The kitchen had everything we needed for the light cooking we did. The location was great for exploring north or south to Traverse City. Plenty of games to entertain us on our one rainy day."

"The house was spacious and had all the basics to have a good stay. The location was also good, outside the cities but not too far from any. Beautiful surroundings.In terms of amenities, we missed having more pots and pans to cook with. As it is, there were only one wide, flat pan and one very small pot that we could cook with. Nt enough for a family of four in winter. "
