Tuvimos que esperar una hora hasta que nos dieron la habitación porque no encontraban la reserva, aunque mostré el mail con la referencia de la misma. La relación calidad precio no me pareció muy satisfactoria. Para los precios de Filipinas, después de 25 días de viaje por distintas islas y zonas, en este hotel me parece que las fotos ofrecen demasiado y la realidad es diferente. Aparentemente las sábanas no me parecían limpias. Hay que firmar un documento en el que indica varias cosas que si no respetas te multan con 10.000 pesos, como sacar basura, hacer ruido, tender ropa en la terraza, utilizar la llave otra persona distinta a la que hace la reserva (aunque duermas en la misma habitación)...fianza de 2000€ y si no te piden pasaporte o DNI

It has the amenities I need but the bed was not comfortable. I am only 135 pounds, its ok but a person who is more than 180 pounds will break the bed. The toilet sest cover us broke, the A/C makes so much noise after i turn it "on" but the lady tried her best to silence it.

A beautiful property with fantastic pool and spa faciluties. Room is average. Broken TV and no cutlery. Could do with a little TLC but do love staying here. Handy to everything.

Zen at Milano Res. Makati

Stayed here before in another apartment. Beautiful building and facilities. Thus room is basic big TV broken but they did loan me a small one. No cutlery so made cooking a bit difficult. The pool and sauna area really great so overall a pleasant stay.

Slow check In and Check out and no toiletries.

Nice locations but the people looking after the property needs to spend some time to make it a better place to stay. It is NOT a hotel, simply studio units being let through an agency. First time I stayed there, I was given a small red bag with some basic toiletries. The second time, under a new booking, It was only a bed and a noisy fridge so I had to buy shampoo, soap and toothpaste. The check in and check out is also slower than average because they have to call someone else from outside the premises and you have to wait until they arrive. On average it costs $10 less per night than staying in a hotel, at similar category and area, where you will have your bedroom cleaned daily so I guess depending how many nights you stay it can make a difference, but if just for a couple of nights it may won't worth the savings, specially if you travel only with hand luggage and need to buy toiletries upon arrival. The good thing is: it is just a short walk distance from the Century Mall, with places to eat, cinemas and services such as pedicure, massage and clinics.

Check in was good and room was ready. Hot water heater went out after one day and moved to a different room. WiFi tv and room amenities were good. Condo was well located next to century mall. 7-11, coffee shop n restaurant downstairs. Pool n gym were good.

Hjemligt rum med god beliggenhed

Et dejligt rum med lyst at hænge ud sammen og nyde den gode udsigt over byen fra 46 etage :) Kort afstand til shopping mall lige om hjørnet tæt på Trump Tower og tæt på restaurant på hotel med lækker cocktailbar på toppen af bygningen med fantastisk udsigt over byen og gode bartendere i hyggelig atmosfære.

I really enjoy my stay here albeit brief. I was allowed to use the spa and pool areas free of charge. Place was amazing! I really loved the spa and high level of cleanliness and staff...super cooperative.

Excellent Costumer Serviceand Astounding City View

Their Costumer service is a top notch. Especially AJ who is very honest as i left some money after checked out and he did not hesitate to give it back. Overall the room is very cozy especially the ambience and the bird eye view of the city at night.

Nice hotel, 2 minute walk to Century Mall. Everything I needed there, Grocery store, Watson, food court and shopping. Was only there I night but was perfect for me. Recommended

Ok room in a newly built high-rise complex. Checkin and checkout were not satisfactory as is was actually not a hotel and the security had to call some other guy for room key! Area is not bad except for communication with Metro and Edsa. Sorry, but will never book there again.

stunning view from aprivate balcony on 46th floor

I didn't realize the height of the building. When standing on the balcony on 46th floor you will. The view is unparalleld and you can see Manila Bay from there. The apartment has everything you need, including basic cooking facilities. Make sure to get a room not facing the pool as another skyscraper is being build just opposite thereof. All in all it was a good experience with a gourmet coffee shop and 7-Eleven next to the entrance. The Century Mall around the corner is another place for location.
