The Radiance Manila Bay 1BR executive condo unit with 2 toilet and bath, pool view balcony, Spacious living room within Roxas Blvd and view of Manila bay.
We accepts group or big family as long as you’re okay with the sleeping arrangements. 1 bed with sofa bed + extra futon to set up in the living room.
Free pool, gym for booked guests
Early check in and late check out subject to availability with P250/hour fee
Limited parking slots, book in advance. P300/overnight

NOTE: Government ID or Passport required upon booking for all guest for Condo admin registration/Guest pass
1. Please No Outside Shoes/Slippers inside the unit for hygiene purposes.
2. Small-Medium size pets are allowed by condo admin. Pets should wear diapers at all times.
3.Please throw your garbage daily in the garbage area inside the utility room just across the unit main door to avoid pests infestation.
4. No daily cleaning during your stay. We only clean and sanitised the unit before and after you checked out. If you require cleaning, we can arrange with a fee.
Kindly Treat my place as your own home and enjoy your stay. Should you need anything to make your stay more comfortable, you can message me anytime.
