Shower knob missing so they gave me pliers to turn it on. Still no water. There was a vegetable sprayer connected to the toilet supply line that was just long enough to reach the shower. So I bathed on my hands and knees with that. Unique enough for you?

인터넷으로 예약 및 기 지불하고 5월 20일~23일간(2박) 이 호텔을 이용했습니다. 1. 우선 날씨가 엄청 더웠음에도 불구하고 에어컨이 신통치 않아서 거의 잠을 못잤습니다. 2. 호텔 시설이 너무 낡아서 쾌적한 느낌이 없습니다. 3. 호텔방에 비치된 것은 수건밖에 없습니다. 그리고 주변의 편의점에 까지 걸어서 15분 정도 가야하기 때문에 많이 불편합니다. 4. 호텔 위치가 마닐라 시내중의 변두리에 위치하여, 택시를 콜해도 주소 보고 잘 못찾아옵니다. 5. 결론 : 이 호텔이 저렴한 점은 있지만, 불편함을 많이 감수할 수 없는 분이라면.. 이 호텔은 피하시는게 좋을듯 합니다.

Shocking experience to find out room booked wasn't available. Had to look for alternative accommodation. Very troublesome situation especially when I called hotel the day before my arrival to verify room was reserved and been told it was! Liers!

I initially booked for a 2 single bed room and was surprised that we were transferred to a dorm-type room. Upon arriving, within literally a minute, I noticed a roach crawling on the sink. A minute later, another one was crawling near the doorstep. There were no toiletries and only a gel soap in the bathroom. So I assumed it isn't a hotel for someone looking for comfort. The best thing about the hotel is the location and the staff. Nothing more. We were at the 7th floor and unluckily the lift malfunctioned so we had to use the stairs on our way up. They don't sell food and the beverages are limited. There was even no filtered water for sale. I had to look for a store 5 blocks away in what seemed to be a dangerous neighborhood (although I feel this is an exaggeration as I was just crossed that time from dehydration). The hotel's location is weird. I had to ask several people around to know where the front desk is (later on i discovered they have a separate entrance). All in all, cheap for its location but you'd be willing to pay more in a different hotel for comfort.

2nd visit

Having been here before, not very much looking forward to this hotel, however my travelling companion wanted a cheap accomodation. Check in was smooth. On our first night, my friend couldn't sleep due to the loud noise near the expressway. They let us change room from the 2nd night onwards. It was slightly better. The service of the hotel staff made up for it. When they knew that I am deaf, they didn't mind using paper and pen. I could communicate with them via their fb messenger which helped greatly. The staff was extremely helpful with my requests and enquiries. On the day of my departure, the staff went to all miles to get Grab car for us to the airport. Location wise, it is 30 mins walk to the BGC, a good exercise, Market Market, SM Aura are all in the vicinity. A lot of changes in BGC ever since our first visit to Manila a few years ago!

Acceptably-priced hotel near BGC

Reservation was hassle-free and checking in and out was a breeze (although receptionist was absent for a few minutes while I was checking in). Price was OK for its location because of its accessibility to BGC, Makati CBD, Rockwell, and EDSA. Room was clean enough but lacked toiletries (not even toilet paper). Wall sockets are not universal and the staff does not have any adapters for us to borrow. Air conditioner is directly placed beside the bed, which I found annoying but tolerable. Room has a water heater, a microwave, and some mugs for guests to use, which was nice.

Close to BGC

I just needed a bed to stay while I started some visa things at an embassy located near Bonifacio and this was the perfect little place. Remember you get what you pay for. I was in a 10 bed dorm and other than 1 major snorer it was fine. Shower facilities were clean. Locker facility were good. It was a 40 minute walk across BGC and it was hot but the cost of the bed space was just $6 so I can't complain
