Location is great. Easy walk to Eastwood. Security guards were fantastic they made us feel important and safe. Front desk staff was busy with paperwork or computer work most of the time that they hardly acknowledge our presence when we go in and out. Reminder that a warm hello and smile are always good to make guests feel welcome no matter how busy they are. Overall experience was just okay. Thank you!
We were given a room next to the elevator. The clanging and banging noise when on throughout our stay. The cost of the meal was highway robbery. 500 pesos for a cup of rice 2 pieces of chicken a table spoon of mix vegetable that’s lunch. Dinner same

It was a pleasant one night stay. We did not avail the breakfast because we had to check out at 3:00 am for our flight. But the room was comfortable, two queen beds and the room was very spacious and clean. Compared to the other hotels that we have stayed, this hotel is the best. We got an idea to book all the way in this hotel again on our next visit.
bathrooms/ countertops and grouts in between tiles are dirty, never been scrubbed in a long time, towels and bed sheets are dingy/very old and gray, not white anymore, rooms needs to be repainted

Hotel is located near walking distance of many food places. However it faces a always congested road and it get kind of noisy when you sleep.

Very close to my friends condo so I will stay again...
Staff didn’t advise me about water available in hall by the lift and the fridge was not working!!

It is a limited service hotel but for what we need for this stay - that is just what we need! A nice, clean and comfortable bed; clean bathroom and with hot shower; free parking and wifi. For the rate that I got - it's close to 5 stars for value I received.

We arrived earlier than scheduled yet the receptionist gave us the opportunity to check in earlier than the actual check in time. Truly a great hotel to stay in Metro Manila. Very accessible to Eastwood, local fastfood and restaurants and very courteous staff.

The place is centrally located, and the people working there are very friendly.
But the hotel is very old and not upgraded at all, which you can see in the rooms and especially in the bathrooms. Rooms are also pretty cramped.
I'd paid for the breakfast buffet during booking. Seemed worth it.

it was a pleasant stay aside from the 500Php buffet breakfast which I find mediocre, the selection is pretty less or somewhat not so good. overall, it is still a pleasant stay, the rooms are so clean, beds are so comfortable, and I would recommend it to friends who wants to stay near eastwood. for the price and the room quality, it is a gem.

My room was left unlocked 2 days in a row (even after complaining). 2 days later they reset my room meaning my safe with passport & money in it had been left unlocked all. Room service meals were cold by the time that got to the room and the restaurant menu was very basic.

Here at Microtel Inn and Suites by Wyndham, we continuously strive to meet your needs and expectations. The hotel is neat. The staff are always ready to help and approachable. Our room was comfortable and it made our stay very pleasant. I like that this hotel has an ice maker located on the third floor so anyone could just grab ice anytime. The restaurant on the first floor has a good menu but their rice was too soft.This hotel has a bidet for the toilet which was very nice. My only concern is that when you take a shower, the water accumulates on the floor because the floor isn't designed to have the water flow to the drain which is placed next to the wall and far from the center. It floods every time and you would have to wait for the dirty water to go down the drain before continuing your shower. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Hotel staff are very helpful. The room we stayed in was very nice and clean. We have minor issues like the toilet bowl wasn’t working but we love our stay overall.
