The unit features a queen-size bed, sofa bed, high-speed WiFi, smart TV with Netflix, dining and study area, and a compact kitchenette with cooking essentials, refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, and electric stove. The bathroom is equipped with hot & cold shower, fresh towels, toiletries, and a washing machine for added convenience.

On the 7th floor, enjoy a landscaped terrace with outdoor seating, billiards, ping pong, and a children’s play area. The 8th floor offers a grand pool with lounge areas, kiddie pool, yoga lawn, and study room. Pool access is available from 6 AM–10 PM (closed Mondays) with a fee of PHP150 per person (PHP300 on holidays).
