Great stay for Christmas

My wife and I have stayed here for the Christmas holidays for 8 years and have had a great time each and every stay. It's walking distance from where we want to go and is surrounded by eateries with a large upscale shopping center a few minutes walk away.

The deck person was wonderful. The reservation did not show up on hotel.com but after some time she found it on Expedia very professional I arrived at 9:00 pm and was given very nice room.

問題点：１．一部屋目：①ハンガーなし、②グラスなし、③ドアロック壊れていた、④洗面台蛇口の水が止まらないことあり、⑤ハンドシャワーからから湯が出ない、その他。翌日メモに書いてクレーム出したら部屋替えとなった。２．二番目の部屋の問題点：①と②は同じ、クレーム後スタッフが後で持参、③机に椅子がない⇒朝食は立って食べた、④テレビが壊れていた、スタッフに依頼したら、翌日の部屋替えを逆に依頼された。３．3日目の３番目の部屋の問題点：①冷蔵庫がない　⇒　翌日設置されていたが、壊れていた、②流しの流れが悪くすぐ排水がたまってしまう、③朝食が依頼と違うメニューが届けられた⇒2分後に再度注文品が持参され、食べ始める寸前で入替えてくれた、④トイレットペーパーの予備がなかった。総じてベッドメイキングなどないし、シーツ取り換えなし、ゴミの片付けくらい。以上のほかにも多数指摘有り、二度と使わない。よかったのはマカティスクエアに2分程度で、リトルトーキョーへも３分４分で行ける抜群のロケーションのみ。

No.1 Choice for Business or Leisure in Makati

This has been our No.1 hotel of choice for 8 years. It offers great options for business and leisure with a widest variety of eateries from genuine Japanese, Thai, Indian, Chinese, Singaporean and a fusion of everything else within a few minutes walk of the hotel. The staff have rotated in 8 years but they have always been helpful and particularly sensitive to the needs of guests.

Excellent hotel especially during covid.

Safe and secure is what my wife and I felt when we stayed at the Gervasia Hotel during the covid pandemic. We had stayed at the Gervasia before and even with the restraints of covid, the excellent service came through. We will not hesitate to stay here again.

スタッフの方々は丁寧に対応して頂いた。 設備は近隣国と比較しつつあまり期待してなかったが、シャワートイレは綺麗な方だった。電気の付きが悪く初めはずっと点滅していたのが難点でしたが、一度着いたら安定した。

ガードマンの対応が最悪

仕事の打ち合わせの為、フィリピン人の友人宿泊を手配しました。 後日友人からレビューを聞くと、深夜ホテルに戻るとガードマンから「夜10時以降は500phpを支払わないと入れない」という賄賂の要求や、性的な暴言を言われたそうです。 今後二度と利用しませんし、誰にも勧めません。

First, when I reached Pangloa, nobody there has heard of the hotel given the long name it has. This was in December 30,2019. I later found out that there was no number on Expedia for me to contact the hotel. I contacted Expedia through Online Chat using the WiFi of a nearby McDonald's. Even the agent couldn't find any means to get a hold of them. I waited for half an hour for Expedia to sort this out. Still they couldn't since it was peak season, New Year's. So I asked for a refund and I had to drag my bags on the sands of Alona beach looking for vacancies which I found. I was in touch with Expedia the whole time and finally they said they can't refund. Not even coupons to for next bookings (I have been using Expedia for over 5 years.) Lealyn from Expedia just gave me the phone number which the hotel finally put on the Expedia listing and they simply asked me to call. Ending her email with "Thank you for choosing Expedia." I made the booking through Expedia and it was their fault they listed hotels with no phone numbers or exact locations. I called the hotel but they said they don't know of Expedia and that they are mostly an AirB&B. Worst service ever. There was no phone
