Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
I really liked this place as it was nice and clean and affordable. Now i did wish i new it wasn't the best as a foreigner to walk around outside much, so if your looking to do so maybe consider closer to MOA but if you don't mind taking a grab to go places when you leave this place is definitely in the budget.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
There is no instruction guide of amenities like power breaker, AC remote, etc... No floor rags in toilet and kitchen sink area, no hair blower too. Wind sounds is terrible. I was not able tp sleep coz of too much noise
