Booked with 3 weeks notice and paid upon booking the full rate for the room.The owner however cancelled our booking without notification which left myself, my wife, and our 4 yr old on the street in the rain with 6 bags and nowhere to stay for the night!
Still waiting to hear from them as to why they cancelled our booking like this. The reception gave a vague reason as being the owner had a booking for a longer duration of time so just cancelled our one night's stay without notice.
Never have I ever been left so stranded!
