▪ About 30 minutes by car to the airport; Grab ride-hailing works door to door; easy access to Makati CBD and BGC.

One honest note: this is the nightlife heart of Makati. Expect real street noise every night, and more of it on Friday and Saturday — the unit is not soundproofed. Groups who came for Poblacion love being this close; light sleepers will not.

GOOD TO KNOW
▪ Fees: the cleaning fee covers the full turnover clean — no surprise charges on arrival. A credit card hold is taken as a refundable damage deposit; the amount is visible at checkout. For stays of 14 days or more, the hold also covers excessive electricity use.
▪ Parking: no parking on site — Grab and taxis are the practical way around Manila.
▪ Check-in: from 3:00 PM, self check-in. Check-out by 11:00 AM.
▪ Rules: no parties or events. No smoking indoors — balcony or terrace only, with the door closed. Children and infants are welcome.
▪ Safety: fire extinguisher and first aid kit in the unit; the building has 24-hour security. This is a residential building, not a hotel; no staff live on site, and we respond quickly to messages.
