Mostly very positive. Great location to spend a month for a family with business in BGC. Faye was very responsive and it was a great price for what we got. The second bedroom wouldn't work for everyone, as it has no windows and is tiny--sort of between a bedroom and a big closet--but for the price, it worked fine.We'd like to go 5 stars, but can't quite, as the building does have a cockroach problem and this was an issue in the apartment. Much to her credit, Faye took the problem seriously, and called in exterminators twice with short turnarounds. And it's clear she keeps the place very clean. But there is still a roach problem, even after the honest attempts to deal with it.
