"The hotel was extremely clean. James was very helpful and checking us in. Everyone was so polite and helpful. I love the coffee bar available. Whenever you’re looking for a pick me up. And the location right across in the train station is amazing. If it’s your first time here, some AI and websites may say they’re a pick pockets in the area. I found it to be very safe, cleaning, full of vibrate, restaurants, and things to do. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk to all of the exciting tourists destinations. I will be staying at this hotel Every time I visit Brussels."

"Staff at check in rude and dismissive. Paid up front and then when I left I checked my bank account and tried to charge me not once but twice! Expedia also took money for a cancel booking for this 3 day stay and refuse to refund it even though hotel agree as they didn’t get money… so won’t be using Expedia or staying here again.. the manager of Pullman, was helpful once I finally got ahold of them but again the check in guy never bother to even tell her and I had to follow up and demand to speak to her! "If you look at prices then its oky, but the hostel itself is not so good. The washroom was dirty and the dorms as well poorly maintained. There are people that live in those dorms forever, yes breakfast is included which can be a plus but overall the stay is very uncomfortable."
