Beautiful ocean front balcony room. Just outdated. The water pressure keeps on changing and you hear a noise when changing water temperature. The balcony and outside building needs pressure wash.

The customer service was superb. Front desk, LaCascasta restaurant, pool, housekeeping and snack shop staff were very friendly. However, the hotel room did not meet standard. The carpet has stains, lots of dust on the furniture in the room and also in the restaurant. No kids play area and the first floor walls needs
Washing or dusting. Overall I gave a 4/10 for satisfaction.

My room wasn’t clean, the balcony really needed a cleaning bugs were living on the chair. There was lizard poop. I had a better experience there in May but this time the experience wasn’t so great. views were amazing and beach

Everything was great, the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. It was clean and the washer and dryers were also kept clean, even when shared between the units. There was a total of 6 units in there.
